CAESAR is our Centre’s ‘Forum’ for Ideas, where our most engaged supporters may pitch ideas (backed by well-presented data), and engage in free-thinking, constructive, and thoughtful discussion with each other.

In homage to Caesar, who crossed the Rubicon - reshaping Roman public and political life, we at CSER believe that only a real combination of intellectual rigour and will-to-power, can reform and break Britain out of its tired left-right paradigm and ‘comms’ culture.

Business-as-usual attitudes in politics, have wrought the public’s resentment and apathy to the challenges facing the country.
